customer service is at an all time low

ok this should have been simple, I called a mover from stupid craigslist, but I DID ask for and check references! this guy on the phone sounded stupid, cuz first thing out of his mouth when I told him my name was "oh my daughter and wife call me that" I was like really? its a flower!(first sign), then we agreed to 9am and a call at 8am, today at 8:34 as I was busily working I realized no-call (second sign), so I called him to confirm he was still coming, he says "oh I said between 9 and 10 remember?" I was like " that was NOT what you said, you said "9am, sharp""(third sign), so it was like 10am and I called he says "oh you know how this traffic on 95 is" I was like "do-I?" (fourth sign), its 10:45, still no arrival of movers (I left the apt), get a call at 11:20, (sixth sign) , I said "sorry Jason you were too late I dont trust you now" and I hung up and turned off my cell, later I listend to my voicemail only to hear "Wow, you know you are a real class act...I came all the way down here......" I deleted it, who cares! If i cannot trust you to call, show up on time, how can I trust that you wont hold my shit hostage and over charge me, fuck you I dont feel the least bit bad.
